  This is usually a great place with an excellent selection and mostly helpful knowledgeable staff. Their help with picking out wine is one of the reasons we frequent this place above others in the area. Today however, there were two younger staff at the tills. One looked new, the other is a young man who has rung me through before. He has been borderline rude and the same was true today. He stood bored behind the till perusing his phone until I finally made my choices, sans help from either of them. There was one other person in the store besides myself so they were not busy. This other person came over and asked me for MY help in picking out wine as her request for help apparently hadn't been heard, or was simply ignored.

  The best selection of craft beer and singles I've seen in West Kelowna. Also have the full selection of wine, beer and ciders all the other places have. Often serve samples and have flash sales.

  A terrific bottle shop with the best selection of imports and domestic in the Okanagan. Plus, Shannyn is great and so is Wade!
