Lee installed double thrusters on my boat, (@$5,500.00) and I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are less than two months old. He spent 3 hours trying to figure out what the problem was before telling me that I needed a second battery for it, which I was never informed of before the installation. Obviously, I should not be stuck with a 3 hour bill for him to figure out what the problem was, and I complained about it. So he told me he would delete his bill, but he was very upset about it. Then Rose told him that she told me that I had to have a second battery, but I said I would not put one in. This is completely untrue. If she had told me that I needed a second battery to run the thrusters, why would I refuse to put it in, knowing they would not work without it? And why would she have him spend 3 hours trying to figure out what the problem was, when she KNEW that it needed a second battery? Anyway, I had no choice but to tell him to put one in, but he now refuses to spend anymore time on them, and told me to take my business elsewhere. So, he installed the thrusters, they are NOT working, and he refuses to do anything further with them. TERRIBLE customer service!

Lee and his team did a great Job with my boat over this winter. Prompt and efficient service. My boat looked better then the day I dropped it off! I will be using this service for many years to come!

I have been using Tow and Stow for all my servicing and storage needs for the past three seasons. The entire team always helps make sure everything is perfect with my boat. I love the valet service and this week they even squeezed me in last minute. Everyone I have ever dealt with always treats me and my boat really well. Keep up the great work and see you next season!

I had a fantastic experience buying my boat from Ray at Martin. Unfortunately not the same experience from Lee at Tow and Stow. The first fall I had my boat I got Lee at Tow and Stow to winterize and wrap my boat for winter. I store my boat a few blocks from Lee's location. When I unwrapped my boat in spring there was damage to the bimini mounts. I talked to Lee to see what we could do and he told me that I was on my own. He told me that it was the weight of the snow that caused the damages. I told him this was impossible as I am extremely diligent in sweeping the snow off. I asked him how many other boats in the Okanagan had the same issue that year to which he replied none. He then said it must be damage from where I stored the boat. I told him this was not possible as I store in a secure compound. He then said this was as far as he was willing to go.
